For organizations

Deploy the Outlook add-in across your Microsoft 365 tenant

If you run Microsoft 365 for an organization, you can put this add-in into every mailbox yourself — your colleagues install nothing. What that takes in the admin center is below.

Roll it out from the Microsoft 365 admin center

The add-in is published on the Microsoft Marketplace, so centralized deployment pulls it straight from there. Nothing to download, nothing to package.

Microsoft 365 admin center → Settings → Integrated apps
Add-ins (the link near the top of that page) → Deploy Add-in

Pick the add-in from the Marketplace listing, then choose who gets it: Everyone, Specific users/groups, or Just me.

  • Every mailbox it lands in needs Outlook 2016 or later on an Exchange mailbox — Windows, macOS and Outlook on the web.
  • Your colleagues install nothing. Next time they open a message, four buttons are in the ribbon: Reply All with Attachments, Reply with Attachments, Forward without Attachments and Settings.
  • The Outlook manifest requests one permission: ReadWriteMailbox — read and write access to the mailbox it is running in. The Microsoft Graph scopes it uses are listed on the permissions & security page.

Built on Microsoft Graph

The add-in builds the reply draft through Microsoft Graph, the current Microsoft 365 mail API, in the mailbox it is running in.

When your organization buys a license, every mailbox in it is Pro.

Write to support@binaryplease.com. The more of this the first message carries, the fewer rounds it takes:

  • Your organization, and whether the add-in is already deployed in your tenant.
  • Roughly how many mailboxes it would cover — an approximate number is fine.
  • Who signs the purchase off, and whether you need an invoice with a purchase order number rather than a card payment.
  • Your VAT identification number, if you are a business in another EU country.
  • Whether your organization needs a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR on file, and what your security review will want to see.
